Q1. How can we use Moserbaer
Crypto USB Token?
In order to use the Crypto USB Token, you need to install the driver
(middleware) from the Mini Disc or website first and then plug in the token.
Refer to Quick Reference Guide (present in Disc) for installation and usage
of the token.
Q2. What is a digital signature?
A digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to
authenticate the identity of the sender of a message or the signer of a
document. A digital signature can be used with any kind of message, simply
so that the receiver can be sure of the sender's identity and that the
message arrived is intact.
Q3. What is a digital signature certificate?
Digital signature certificates (DSC) are the digital equivalent (that is
electronic format) of physical or paper certificates like drivers' licenses,
passports or membership cards. A digital certificate can be presented
electronically to prove your identity, to access information or services on
the Internet or to sign certain documents digitally. Thus a digital signature
certificate contains the digital signature of an individual and is authorized
by a certifying authority.
Q4. How can we get the Digital Signature Certificate?
There are in all 7 Certifying Authorities licensed by the Controller of
Certifying Authority, the central body accountable for Digital Signature in
India. Any of these CAs can be approached and digital signature can be
received.

Moserbaer Crypto USB Token provides the following benefits:
- Security: Once a Digital Signature is imported into a token, it is
nearly impossible to fetch it out or use it even if you full control of
the token. This is so because it is equipped with a wide variety of
crypto features like RSA 2048, elliptic curves as well as SHA 512
which have the capability to beat any expert hacker around.
- Mobility: Digital Signature can be used in multiple computers as
when it is inside the token it is not copied on the computer one is
working on. Hence it still remains secure.
