Employee Volunteer at Greater Noida Plant
With a view to promote higher education and to prevent the children from being drop out from the schools, MBT has initiated a career development center. MBT could have not sustained this initiative considering the large number of outreach & limited size of the team. This idea then was thrown to Greater Noida plant management and ERP (Employee Relation) department has been instrumental in turning this idea into action. In the month of August, the employees started sending their nomination for taking classes with the children facing difficulties in their subjects. They were not confined to only class room teachings rather were also engaged in promoting digital literacy in their own unique ways.
Addition to this, employees’ families also shown up the zeal of contributing towards the society. Mrs. Malhi, w/o Mr. Malhi, Vice president, Solid State Media took up the precious task of educating basic English to Taleem girls. She had trained 15 girls in basic of English, word meaning, sentence structuring, pronunciations and introduction about oneself. She also conducted sessions with Taleem teachers on interactive & innovative teaching learning methods.
